This is it!

This is it! My journey begins.  After months (even years) I have decided that I need to take control of the one thing that has dogged me my entire life.  Lap Band surgery is booked for Aug. 26 2011.  Am I ready for this? You betcha.  So today is T -16 days.  Tomorrow the pre-diet begins.
